The Grounds Committee Members focus on taking care of the common areas and point out anything needing repaired or updated. They even lend a helping hand occasionally to help reduce expenses to the community. This committee needs more volunteers!

Architectural Control Committee Members

Did you know our By-Laws require if any changes are made to the look of your home, it requires approval? The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Members make certain the community upholds the By-Laws and beautification guidelines to maintain our house values. These members take in change requests from homeowners and vote to approve or deny those requests. This is a tough job as not every decision is simple, but be assured they are always looking out for everyone's best interest to maintain a high standard in the community.

First Service Residential Property Management

First Service Residential is our property Management Company. They have been serving our community since 2018. Natalie Candido is our property manager and works day in and out serving all of us and answering any questions we may have.
